Agreement. By accessing or using Hotgens App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Adult content. The service contains content intended for adults. You confirm you understand and are not offended by such content.
Account creation. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One account per user. You may only hold one personal account. Operating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or evade restrictions is prohibited.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use the service to harass any party, to attempt to extract underlying models, to scrape content at scale, or to violate applicable law.
Prohibited content. You may not submit content that is illegal, that depicts minors in any sexual context, that promotes violence, or that infringes intellectual property.
Fictional characters. All companions on the service are fictional AI characters. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
No professional advice. Conversations on the service are entertainment and should not be relied on as medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
User content. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display it to operate the service.
Feedback. If you send us feedback or ideas, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation.
Service availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes to the service. We may add, change or remove features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated where reasonable.
Subscriptions. Where paid features are offered, they are governed by the pricing page in effect at the time of purchase.
Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once digital content has been delivered.
Taxes. Quoted prices may exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes due in your jurisdiction.
Trial offers. Trial offers are limited to one per user and may convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Promotional codes. Promotional codes are issued for personal use and may not be resold or transferred.
Termination by you. You may terminate your account at any time by following the in-app deletion flow.
Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the service or expose us to legal risk.
Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Intellectual property. All branding, characters, code and content (other than user content) are our property or that of our licensors.
Trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
DMCA. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@hotgens-live.top with the information required by applicable law.
Privacy. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Third-party services. The service may integrate with third-party services governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
Export controls. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws when using the service.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes to terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
